Offer terms: New residential clients only. Minimum contracted project value of $7,500. Credit equals 15% of Dakis Contracting labor charges, up to a maximum credit of $1,500. Excludes materials, fixtures, appliances, permits, filing fees, design or engineering services, subcontracted or separately licensed trade work, service calls, emergency work and change orders. One credit per property and client. Cannot be combined with another discount. Contract and required deposit must be completed by October 31, 2026. Project acceptance, scheduling and final eligibility are subject to site review and the written Dakis Contracting proposal.
