Bathroom remodeling
Bathroom renovations with attention to tile, finishes, fixtures and lighting. Plumbing and electrical work is coordinated with appropriately licensed trades as required.
Home and apartment renovations
Interior painting, flooring, drywall, trim, doors, windows and room updates can be planned together. For apartments, condos and co-ops, building access and alteration requirements are reviewed before scheduling.
Home renovations built around your priorities
For homeowners and apartment owners updating a kitchen, bathroom or complete interior. Tell us how you use the space, what you want to improve and whether you will be living there during the work.
From first conversation to finished work
Start with the rooms, approximate size, location and desired timing. Photos of the existing space help us decide what needs a site visit. We then define the scope, exclusions and schedule before work begins. At completion, we walk through the agreed work and address the remaining punch-list items.
What to expect during your renovation
Before work begins, we agree on the scope, payment milestones and schedule. We review building access, protection of occupied areas and any co-op or condo requirements. If hidden conditions or requested changes affect the work, we discuss the scope, price and timing for approval before proceeding.
